The Project
The “Reskilling and Upskilling Women Entrepreneurs through Digital Skills project is a response through capacity building to the urgent need to bridge the digital gender divide and equip women entrepreneurs around the world with the necessary digital skills for their own economic empowerment. Recognizing this critical need, Vijay Computer Academy embarked on this groundbreaking initiative to bridge the digital skills gap and provide women entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and skills to thrive in the digital era.
Our comprehensive curriculum covers a wide range of digital skills, from basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office to advanced topics like data analytics, web development, and e-commerce. Participants will engage in interactive sessions, hands-on projects, and practical exercises, ensuring they gain valuable skills and real-world experience.

Target Group
Our project is targeted to women who are considering starting a small business as well as young women entrepreneurs and experienced women entrepreneurs, particular from developing and least developed countries. They should be committed to grow their business and adopt digitalization by learning the basics of digital, business and financial literacy skills.
The program will help them learn how to think big and set their mission, vision and values and grow their business across the globe.
