We are also an approved training provider with Texas Workforce Commission – Vocational Rehabilitation Services.

We welcome your clients who are interested in pursuing careers in technology to explore our industry-aligned IT Training Programs. These programs are designed to guide individuals onto the right IT learning path, equipping them with in-demand skills for high-growth, high-skill occupations. Through hands-on training, students build a strong portfolio of real-world projects and receive comprehensive preparation for industry-recognized certifications, helping them confidently enter and advance in the tech workforce.
We launch new cohorts monthly. Please contact us for upcoming start dates, WIOA referrals, bid letters, or cost obligation forms for your clients. Additionally, we offer complimentary career consultations and discovery calls to assist students in selecting the IT program best suited to their goals.
Our WIOA Eligible IT Training Programs
Our WIOA eligible IT training programs are open to various WIOA target groups: Dislocated Workers, Low-Income Adults, Youth (18 and 24), Individuals with Disabilities (Vocational Rehabilation – VR), Veterans, Native Americans and Alaskans.
We also support Choices and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) programs for basic and advanced IT career / job training.

VCA programs are open to individuals aged 16 and above without any bias of gender, race, ethnicity or color.
No degrees, prior IT skills or experience is required to register in our programs. Our programs are open to all with working knowledge of English.
We offer live instructor-led online IT programs in different time zones. We have flexible morning, evening classes.

Reskill & Upskill Businesses & Organizations
We are pleased to partner with businesses and organizations to provide customized IT training solutions that support employee reskilling and upskilling initiatives. We also assist your clients in applying for the Skills Development Fund and other relevant grants to help cover training costs.

This info session is created for career counselor, employment program staff, career advisors, workforce officers or other workforce professional to learn more about trending IT career pathways and new collar IT jobs.
5. Data Analytics Program for Workforce and Government Offices
VCA’s Data Analytics Program equips workforce and government office personnel with the skills needed to analyze, interpret, and leverage data for informed decision-making. Our industry-aligned training covers essential tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau and SQL, enabling participants to drive operational efficiency and strategic insights. We are thrilled to introduce a specialized training program designed to empower individuals and entrepreneurs for work-from-home and remote business opportunities. This comprehensive course focuses on essential skills such as MS Office proficiency, e-commerce expertise, and social media skills. Participants will acquire the knowledge needed to either kickstart their own business ventures / online store or market their skills and expertise effectively.
