Shefali is a global transformational change leader, champion for digital gender equality, role model to girls & women in ICT, career guru with more than 40,000 hours of advising & mentoring experience and innovator in the IT industry. She has been an advocate for creating opportunities and access in TECH for all the underprivileged and underserved groups for more than 31 years. Her hard work and dedication to change has proven to make great impacts in various communities across the globe. With her strong commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the education, workforce and community, this award is well deserved!!
