Self-Payment Options
Payments can be made conveniently through Zelle (available in the U.S. only), PayPal, or PayPal Credit.
On each course page, you can select the payment method that works best for you and see the exact amount you’ll be paying.
Choose the plan that fits your goals and budget:
- Lump Sum Payment (Best Value) – Pay your tuition upfront and receive a significant discount. Think of it as securing your future at the lowest possible cost — the smart move for serious career changers.
- Easy Monthly Installments – Prefer smaller steps? Spread your tuition across 2 to 12 manageable monthly payments (based on program length).
- PayPal Credit – Use PayPal’s flexible credit-based option for even more convenience and peace of mind.
- PayPal Financing – Start your training today and pay over 6, 12 or 24 months. No upfront cost, no late fees, and no worries. This service is currently available in: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, germany, Italy, Australia and Spain.
If you live in the USA, you may qualify for the WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) scholarship — a federal workforce grant that can fully cover your tuition at VCA for eligible IT training programs.
This public funding is provided through your local Workforce Board to help individuals build in-demand skills for today’s tech-driven job market.
Currently, VCA’s WIOA-eligible IT training programs are approved in: Alaska, Florida, Iowa, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Washington, and West Virginia. We’re continuing to expand our WIOA availability — bringing affordable, career-focused IT training to more learners nationwide.
Please note: Vijay Computer Academy does not decide scholarship eligibility. Approvals are determined by your local workforce agency.
If you’re a Texan with a disability, you may qualify for tuition assistance through TWC-VRS (Vocational Rehabilitation Services).
