The program is designed for beginners and starts with foundational Artificial Intelligence concepts before progressing to practical AI tools and workplace applications. A working knowledge of English is required.

To participate effectively, you should have a suitable laptop or computer with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 2019 or Microsoft 365. A reliable internet connection and webcam are required to attend and participate in the live instructor-led Zoom classes.
